Dr. Sum is my children's physicians and I find that he is very caring and takes his time with my kids (all under 5).

I love the staff. They are always friendly to me and we have great conversations while I'm waiting for Dr. Sum. Most of the time I'm early for my appointments and he'll take me right away if he can. I sometimes feel that he rushes the appointments thus resulting in my forgetting some issues I had wanted to discuss with him but over all he addresses all my concerns and seems to genuinely try to help me.

Stay away from this Dr. he is not helpful at all, I have lost a family member because of his malpractice..I would not want this to happen to anyone else
