Dalbrent Medical Centre

I've been going to this clinic for awhile now and honestly Its not going well for me it seems it's just a quick script and off you go and constant referrals or misdiagnosis today I had an appointment with a dr for counselling and I was unwell left a message early to give them a heads up i get a call by an moa and she didnt even listen to my voicemail just was interested about the 150 dollars. They lost and I hadn't even met this doctor not a good first impression it's a business and doctors think there god like I'm just very frustrated with the clinic and they have not addressed my anxiety or ptsd they think it's easy for ppl like me to get to constant appointments and anxiety is constant for me I've been suffering for many years and doctors cant seem.to help

Dr. O'Regan is a decent doctor, but it is absolutely impossible to get an appointment or phone consultation with him (even prior to covid happening). The front office staff is rude and extremely unhelpful, often telling patients "just go to a walk in clinic, there's nothing I can do to fit you into the schedule." I'll be looking for a new GP/family doctor based on the inability to see my doctor or anyone in the practice in a timely manor and the unprofessionalism of the front office staff.

I see Dr O'Regan and my husband sees Dr. Pease, who is young but seems to be thorough. I can't say enough about Dr. O'Regan - he is not only thorough, he explains his reasoning and I feel there is a meaningful scientific basis to his diagnoses. He seems to keep up on medical literature and his background and residency is a very good fit for me as a middle age woman. I've never felt rushed and he's always taken the time to explain his approach. The front staff seem to be quite capable. I've been in the clinic since covid measures were in place and they seem to be handling it well. We came from a semi-private clinic, and while the facility is not nearly as nice, it is clean and sufficient and the level of care is excellent.

Good facility, and I really like Doc Matt. Parking can be a bit challenging sometimes, but not a big issue.

Dr. O’regan is amazing . Referred me to the best dermatologist who treated my alopecia.

Tiny examining rooms with el cheepo renovations in a run down building. The doctor was rude and condenscending.

Excellent brand new GP practice. Clean and friendly. Inviting and attentive staff. Great find in a secluded location. Single doctor only who is really nice and knowledgeable. Only just registered with him but happy so far...
