Biography
As a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I believe that psychiatry deserves a multidisciplinary approach to care. I believe in integrating combined knowledge using medical, nursing, holistic, and naturopathic approaches to care. I also pride myself in working with my patients and involving them in the care process to achieve wellness. Patient education is also one of my focuses in my treatment services. I provide more services than the typical medicine management only approach to care. I believe in a "Caring and Curing" approach. I am currently working with Dr. Franco Sicuro, but also trained with Dr. Jordan Balter, Dr. Eve Dreyfus, Dr. Alison Mims, Dr. Hugh Starks, and Dr. Raminder Brar. I enjoy working with many types of clients from all ages. I typically do not like to medicate under 5 years of age except in special circumstances. After working with Dr. Jordan Balter I learned with working with the LGBTQ community. I also have knowledge working with neuropsychiatry patients. My practice includes a multidisciplinary team. We integrate psychiatric services, medical services, laboratory services, and focus on other areas such as sleep medicine. We also are expanding to include Intensive Outpatient Programming and Partial Hospitalization Programming.

Best physc Ever. I have developed severe fear of specialist as most of them have a know it all without the knowledge to back it up attitude. Jessica knows Alot and shares what she knows without the neg attitude. She's kind hearted. Down to earth. Easy to talk to. Never judges or makes you feel uncomfortable. This is a Dr I actually look forward to seeing. Can't find enough awesome things to say. I'd follow her to the moon and back. A true blessing to have her iny life.
