I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Ghogawala. I had a cervical laminoplasty at age 39 in December 2022, after years of debilitating pain, and six months later, I feel like a new person. I cannot believe the difference that the surgery made, and this is the first time that I’ve ever had such a great experience with a surgeon. He listened to me, he did not make me feel rushed, he explained things well, and he was there to answer, and read all questions and concerns. I could not recommend him more.

He is impossible to get a hold of . Sends his PA to answer questions and calls and does not show up at meetings. Refused individual care I needed due to a past recent surgery because it did not support his ideas I am still suffering worse after replaced disk and fusion and seeking another surgeons help for some kind of recovery. I am in constant neck and ear pain. I would call him but there is literally no way to get through.

Dr Ghogawala is the top Neurosurgeon in the world in my eyes! He is patient, kind, caring, educated, and brilliant as a Neurosurgeon! He performed a cervical corpectomy with fusion on me 2 weeks ago and I was up walking 12 hrs after leaving the recovery room. He took extra time with my surgery then expected to be sure it was done perfect! I feel great and I owe it all to him. THANK YOU DR GHOGAWALA!!! Diane A

He is really passionate about his work and takes to time to answer any and all questions. My surgery was more than anticipated but 6 months later I'm doing great and intend to make a full recovery. I trust his work and recommendations completely.

I went to, and paid, six doctors who were mystified by my symptoms. A friend of mine showed my brain MRI and a summary of my symptoms to Dr. Ghogawala, who correctly diagnosed Lyme disease having never even seen me. Now, after antibiotics, I am walking normally again, thanks to the one doctor I didn't even pay. I took him a bottle of the most expensive wine I could afford, and he emailed me to thank me. This guy is competent and, based on his kindness to me (a perfect stranger), a caring and compassionate doctor. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. BHM
