A wonderful young doctor. Helps me more than my own family doctor with all my issues. His entire office and team is a pleasure to deal with.

I have been under Dr Zeidian's care for the past 2-years for my lupus and arthritis. He is always kind, willing to listen, answers all my questions. His nurse and staff are always wonderful. I leave every appointment feeling heard and taken care of. I recently move to Kingston but have not intention of moving to a new rheumatologist, well worth the drive.

I wanted to say that after many disappointing experiences with our healthcare system, this young physician restored some of my faith in our healthcare system. He and his team were thoughtful, caring and competent. Definitely one of the good ones and would recommend without hesitation.

I have never written a doctor review but after my experience with Dr Zeiadin I felt like I needed to thank him in some way. I saw him for my wrist as I was no longer able to use my hand at all due to pain. He is very kind and knowledgeable. His staff at the Care clinic are amazing, they gave me lots of instruction on physical therapy and even splints. I needed surgery for my wrist and Dr Zeiadin went above and beyond to make sure I see a surgeon quickly, many of them had long waits or couldn't see me but I was quickly losing function in my hand. He got me in to see somebody and I had surgery right away and now I have function in my hand again. Very greatful for his kindness and effort. Thank you Dr Zeiadin.

I used to see Dr Z for my RA. I moved to Calgary and had to be transferred to another rheumatologist here and sadly there is a big difference in care. Dr Z and his team were always very thorough, I have pain from OA as well which they would help me with and they would refer me to other specialists when I needed it. My current rheumatologist is nice but doesn't do any of that, " I only treat your RA". I guess you don't appreciate what you're missing until it's gone and I miss Dr Z. Thank you for all your help.

Dr. Zeiadin is a remarkable doctor. His nurse and staff at the Care clinic are also great. He answered all my questions and was able to diagnose me quickly.
We were able to reduce my medication so I feel much better without side effects. He is always very patient and knowledgeable.

Saw Dr Zeidian for my knee arthritis. It took a while to get the appointment and I was seen at the new "Care" clinic, but I think worth the wait. I saw a very nice therapist first that took all the information from me and presented it to the Dr. He was also very nice and patient. He explained that I have osteoarthritis and we talked about all my options. I had lots of time to answer questions. I don't want surgery and he said an injection may help me. He wasn't pushy as I wasn't sure because the last injection I got in my shoulder it was super painful. Anyway, I decided to get it done and he was great, I barely felt anything. The needle kicked in Day 2 and my knee feels great. He said it will likely wear off but I will go back if I need another one for sure. Wonderful doctor and clinic

I left Dr. Carters Office to find someone closer to home (Kitchener), that was one of the biggest mistakes of my life (not being dramatic). The new Doctor in Cambridge allowed my Arthritis to go the damaging level, no emergency appointments, no pain killers, no IM's. Then he failed to mention a wonderful drug, I could not take any more. Dr. Zeiadin (Carter's replacement) took me back, saw me in a hurry and things have turned around dramatically. If you can go to this office, do it, here they still care, and are not numb to our pain. I have seen this doctor a few times in the last 2-years for an autoimmune disease. I though my life would be over as my skin was breaking out in sores, my whole body was hurting, I had no energy and had to stop working. From the first visit, Dr Zeiadin was brilliant, kind and reassuring. His nurse and staff at the Care clinic were also fantastic. He answered all my questions and was able to diagnose me quickly. We started treatment and I am back to my normal self! I feel like I owe him so much. Thank you Dr Zeiadin
