Extremely thorough it's super refreshing! I got ask all of my questions and she took her time explaining the answers to me and giving me practical advice and told me why it would work to alleviate my symptoms. Highly recommend!

My experiences with Dr. Habib have always been very professional and thorough. While I have been getting my eyes examined with her for a while, I just recently started to bring my child. She is really good with children and took care to make my daughter feel comfortable. She is very pleasant and was patient and detailed when answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Habib.

During my appointment, Dr Habib conducted a comprehensive eye examination with meticulous attention to detail. She took the time to explain each step of the process and address any concerns or questions I had regarding my eye health. Dr. Habib has been my optometrist for several years. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She is attentive to detail and does not rush me when I have questions. Her thoroughness is unmatched by any other health care professional I have visited because her primary priority is on patient care and getting the correct diagnosis and prescription for me. I have started taking my 2 kids to her as well and she was so patient and kind with them even when they were not sitting still. She waited for them to settle down and tried to make them laugh and interested in what she was doing so she can perform the examination. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an optometrist.

I have been getting my eyes examined at Dr. Habib's for several years now, and she has always been very professional and knowledgeable. She is very thorough and did tests on me that have never been done by other optometrists. I have a history of glaucoma in my family, so I really appreciated the extra attention. She took the time to answer all my questions, and referred me to a specialist so I could have my eyes further looked at. This showed me just how much she cares about her patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Habib.

Dr. Habib seems very thorough and competent. I think she is a good optometrist and a nice person, but I would not recommend her for patients with disabilities. Eye exams have always been very hard for me because of my disability. I found her to be condescending, impatient, and unwilling to explain things, listen to me, or accommodate my needs. She essentially told me there was nothing she could do to accommodate me and that I would have to just deal with it, which is not true because other optometrists have been able to accommodate me. She almost made me cry and I left her office feeling like I am stupid and a burden. I truly don't think she has bad intentions or meant to make me feel that way, rather that she did not understand and she does not have sufficient training for working with patients with disabilities, particularly those who are neurodivergent or have mental health issues. There also wasn't sufficient privacy in the office - when I was waiting to see her, I could clearly hear every word of her conversation with another patient, including private information such as their full name and medical history. While Dr. Habib's staff were nice, I also found them to be disorganized and not very professional.

I found Dr. Vivian Habib to be very bossy, impatient, and rushed. She was the exact opposite of what I expect an optometrist to be.

I recently had my first eye exam with Dr. Vivian Habib. Was definitely not disappointed!! She is super nice, friendly and super patient. She took her time doing a thorough exam even though the clinic has patients waiting. I automatically noticed this difference between her and other optometrists who just rush the exam. She listened patiently to all my concerns and addresses all my questions. She’s really knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients. Really hard to find such a great optometrist especially in the GTA, so I’m very glad I found Dr. Habib!
