You won't find a better Orthopedic Surgeon than Dr O'Neil. He has operated on both of my sons and my husband for shoulders and knees surgeries over the last 5 years (yes we are a rugby family). His professionalism, genuine care for his patients and wealth of knowledge makes him a standout in his field and we can't recommend him highly enough. He is the only surgeon to call me immediately after the operation to let me know how things went which speaks volumes to his character and excellence in his provision of healthcare. And you won't find better staff either. They go out of their way to help support you through the process from booking appointments, helping with forms and everything else behind the scenes we don't see. In the nicest possible way, I hope we never see them again but if we ever have a knee or shoulder issue there is no one else we would choose to look after us.

One of the nicest and most caring Surgeons I have met. Tony was patient and caring, helped me to decide which was the best procedure and options for me. Did not push me down the surgical path at any stage, but educated me to what the options were. The procedure, follow up and support I found to be second to none. I cannot recommend Dr Tony and his wonderful team highly enough. A credit to his profession.

I have had 2 total shoulder replacements done by Dr O'Neill. I can honestly say that he is a top Dr. His bedside manner, caring and helpful attitude is second to none. He always has the time to answer any questions and explains what he has done in the operating theatre. I highly recommend Dr O'Neill to anyone that needs shoulder work done. The staff are also very sympathetic and helpful to ones needs in any situations.

Can not talk highly enough of Dr. Tony O’Neill.
He and his office staff were very concerned with my well being and very empathetic. They made me feel like I was in good hands. Dr. O’Neill’s admin staff were very well organised and made the paperwork aspect of the surgery a breeze.
Dr. O’Neill did an excellent job on my broken shoulder. Immediately after the operation I could notice a big improvement. Dr. O’Neill’s post operation care was fantastic. The results were fare better than I could have hoped. I was back to normal operation within two months and not too long after that the broken shoulder was back to 100% operational. Great result for a patient in his 50s.
The operation was 5 years ago and can say the shoulder has been working 100% great throughout the last 5 years no problem.
I am a huge fan of Dr. Tony O’Neill and have suggested him to family and friends throughout the past 5 years.

Dr Tony O'Neill is second to none, I ride motorbikes have smashed my ankle i thought beyond repair, had wire and a steel rod holding a ugly leg and ankle together from years earlier. Very Very Very glad I meet Tony and his awesome women staff. Tony guided me through what he could have an attempt at making some sort of ankle out of it again. I knew what he was doing to a tee by the way he was explaining it to me , I have a very close son who is a electrical engineer and Tony is just like him, just how they speak to me made me feel so protected. And the women in his team are a true sign of how good this Doctor is. I am single ol male earthmoving contractor not real savvy on paperwork and direction in their field but like Tony they made everything I needed to do and be so comfortable and happy to have this not that easy procedure. End result I have no steel or wire in my leg no swelling it actually looks like a ankle again and i can put a boot on it and walk proud again. Thank you Dr Tony O'Neill and your awesome women out the front , I think you are a master at your game a legend in your own time... I look for something worn out or whatever so i can visit you and your awesome women again.

As a fulltime working mother I was under immense stress and pressure with my 13 year old daughter constantly dislocating her shoulder until we met Dr O'Neill and his team.

She was devastated that she couldn't play representative netball and waterpolo and I had no idea who to trust when it came to whether surgery was a necessary option.

Then we were fortunate enough to meet the wonderful team at Dr Tony's O'Neill's practice . From the moment I called to make the initial appointment I was treated with respect, care and understanding. Dr O'Neill was wonderful with my 13 year old daughter, he explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions.
On the day of the surgery he already had built enough rapport with my daughter, that I felt confident leaving her in his care.
The post care service we received was second to none. At all times Dr O'Neill was prompt and his office staff were friendly and took great interest in how my daughter's recovery was going.
7 months post surgery my daughter was accidently injured at school and I was unsure if she had done further damage to her shoulder. I emailed Melisa at Dr O'Neill's room at 10am to check that our referral was still current. She immediately rang me and asked what had happened, and before I knew it, she had arranged an emergency MRI and a consult with Dr O'Neill for 1pm that afternoon. Absolutely amazing and I am so grateful. With two extremely sporty children I feel blessed to have found Dr O'Neill and his team. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Tony O’Neill is an amazing professional surgeon. I was able to secure a consult just before Christmas and was offered surgery two days later. He completed a double arthroscopy and meniscus repair on my knees. Six weeks later, I am back to my normal life routines, fit and pain-free. Dr. O’Neill is a great guy, extremely genuine, and prepared to discuss all options available. Thank you, Dr. O’Neill. Btw the office staff are always friendly, welcoming and make the process much easier.
