Biography

Dr. Bull grew up as the oldest of 5 children in rural Western Kentucky, and announced that she would be a doctor when she was six years old. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Murray State University, focusing on Biology and Chemistry. She went on to graduate first in her class at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Lexington, Kentucky. Dr. Bull decided to specialize in OB/GYN, because she enjoyed taking care of women and loved the mix of obstetrics, medicine and surgery that the specialty demanded. After residency at the University of Kentucky, she achieved her OB/GYN board certification and moved to Clearwater, Florida where she built a busy private practice. Dr. Bull relocated to Bend, OR in 1999, and built a thriving OB/GYN practice. In 2007, she decided to expand her travel and medical volunteer work, both domestic and abroad. She has been an active physician at the Volunteers in Medicine Clinic here in Bend, as well as providing obstetrical and gynecologic care as a volunteer in Rwanda, Guyana, Guatemala and Honduras. She devoted a year and a half to expand her expertise in treating women with vulvar skin conditions (including working in a local dermatology practice here in Bend.) Dr. Bull joined High Lakes Health Care in 2014, a Gynecologist with specialization interests in menopause and hormone therapy, vulvar dermatology (including lichen sclerosis), management of abnormal and heavy bleeding, and treatment of abnormal pap smears. She is able to manage many of these problems in the office setting, and is experienced in hysteroscopy and the Novasure endometrial ablation procedure. She is devoted to helping women make educated, personalized decisions about their health care, and then implementing them.
