Dr. Nayan removed my Dad's skin cancer that had spread to the lymph nodes. He is doing amazing.
She is our family's superhero.
Her and her staff also meticulously worked behind the scenes to ensure that they would have all the information and tests that would be needed to help do my Dad's surgery and ensure they could provide the best and safest surgical care.
I would highly recommend Dr. Nayan and her team!

Dr. Nayan is such a competent surgeon. She did surgery for my melanoma and I am healing so well. She is the first doctor to listen to what I really had to say. Her team is also so kind and booked my appointments so quickly and answered all the questions I had before and after surgery as I was nervous about the cancer. I'm healing really well now thanks to Dr. Nayan. Thank you Dr. Nayan and the team!

My son had such a long journey with ear infections which resulted in a lot of pain and hearing challenges. We were frustrated with our family doctor and pleaded for an ENT referral. When we finally got one - we were so grateful that it was Dr. Nayan!
She so swiftly and quickly swooped in and saved the day!
She took the time to listen to our concerns and validated what we went through and quickly booked my son's surgery.
The whole team was so amazing at the office and the hospital!

The office LOST MY FILE. After my appt I was told surgery would be a one year wait and that their was funding available that needed approval for part of my reconstruction (septoplasty covered, but not putting the tip of the nose back where it belongs). After a year I called the office and they told me they had no file on me with the exception of a hearing test. Now the entire waiting process begins, but not with this office.

Extremely rude receptionist. I’m not sure why she works in healthcare as she clearly has no empathy for ill people. Dr Nayan is quick, abrupt and dismissive. Challenging to get answers to any questions and made to feel as though you are bothering them. Receptionist refuses to make appointments even though Dr says to go to reception for follow up. Receptionist says she will make at another tim. Just plain rude

I just had my visit with Dr. Nayan.
This team is amazing!! Hands down the best health care experience I have had in years.
I am going to let my family doctor know to only refer me here for my ENT concerns and will also let friends and family know.

Dr. Nayan is such a skilled and kind surgeon. She helped cure my melanoma and did this complex surgery to make sure I wasn’t disfigured and was cancer free. My scar has healed beautifully. She explained everything in so much detail and the most impressive thing is that she never made me feel rushed when I asked questions. She even had other doctors with her that she was teaching. Dr. Nayan is a magician!
She treated a large skin cancer on my head and did a complex surgery to make sure that my hair could still grow and that I would be cancer free.
