As others have said, receptionist is rude. Dr. Gill isn’t much better. He doesn’t take his time and only cares about you if he can diagnose you. If not, you’re out of luck. He brushes you on to the next doctor and doesn’t follow up. Waste of time. Need good ENTs.

Amazing doctor, above and beyond care. Unfortunately his receptionist is disgustingly unprofessional and rude. Lies, has a nasty tone and treats patients (children) terribly. Not worth it.

Terrible Secretary. Very rude and sarcastic. Avoid at all costs. Dr. Gill was friendly and listened. Needs new staff.

Went to see Dr. Mandeep twice due to a sinus issue. The first available appointment was about 3-4 months away but that was during peak COVID and my issues was not very serious. When I did come in the staff were professional and the wait time was low. Dr. Nateghifard was professional though the in-person check up was very short and seemed rushed. However, it was peak COVID and he did book me a CT scan and an allergy test very quickly which impressed me. Wished he went a bit more into details but overall very professional and booked the tests I needed and quickly. I would go again.

Dr. Gill is amazing and he truly cares about his patients. My child has ongoing ear troubles and he has made himself available during the day to inform me on what I should do. He has returned my calls the same day, while he is in between surgeries.

This office is very efficient. The receptionist is very pleasant. My appointment was quick and to the point. I trust this doctor knows just what he is talking about. He was able to quickly determine my issue was not related to the sinuses and assured me my throat looked healthy.
