After waiting months for our first consultation it had to be a zoom call.
I waited online for over 30 minutes he did not join the call so I left a message with the office as I know sometimes other appointments can run long. Dr. Sarco called me back and said can we do phone call instead. I thought how are you going to access my mobility over the phone but ok.
He was not prepared, he hadn't read any of my patient file prior to the conversation. He was rude, arrogant and dismissed the pain that I have been going through after my injury because I had some mobility and not wheelchair bound but would be happy to give me a pain block shot.
The soul purpose of the specialist was to help determine the root cause of the pain and injury not cover it up with a pain pill or shot. I could have done that a year ago. Then he proceeded to inform me that many of his patients are wheelchair bound and since I can still walk that I have mobility. I have worked with special need students for 30 years and I need to be fully mobile not just a bandaid on the problem.
Needless to say I told him to have a nice day. I know doctors are overworked but they need to realize we wait forever to get a word with them and we rely on them for their wisdom and insight. Not to be dismissed.

Dr Sarco was very professional and very knowledgeable. He asked questions and listened to my answers which in my experience is not the norm.
He didn’t rush and made a plan for followup.
The whole experience felt positive including staff at reception!!!

*Past employee* Dr. Sarco is very knowledgeable and completes a lot of continuing education to ensure he provides the best possible care to his patients. He cares about the outcomes of treatments he recommends and will always go above & beyond to fix a situation if you speak up about concerns. Please keep in mind that appointments may run late because he is in high demand and there will always be some patients that require more time than can be expected based on the referral. As a rule of thumb leave a clear message for reception and give them 1-2 business days, they will follow up but they get a ton of calls :) . The office's 1st priority is providing care in a timely manner (3-4 months for speciality is quick) and he works long hours to accomplish this. He's really excellent!

Waste of time. Was overwhelmed by the questions with little to no explanation. I felt like I was a package on a conveyor belt. When he showed up, no smile. No answers, His nurse was useless, unfriendly and rushed.

I have been followed by Dr. Sarco for the last two years for injections in my knees and I found him very friendly. I would highly recommend him. He is always in good mood and ready to answer my questions.

Dr Sarco is polite and listens to you concerning your issues . He is helping me deal with my pain and struggles from a workplace injury.
Very thorough he explains every step and his plan to help me recover . I highly recommend him especially dealing with multiple injuries esnerve damage .

Cannot be found! Dozens of phone calls while in severe pain (e.g. cannot sit). Friendly, confident examination and diagnosis with no follow-up; over three months!

Unless you have a very obvious problem such as stroke with mobility issues this dr will gaslight you. He did not take the time to look further into my issue to figure out what could be happening and was incredibly rude , curt and unprofessional.

The reception was excellent, EMG technician was so professional, and Dr Sarco (rehabilitation specialist/physiatrist) contacted us by phone immediately afterward. to discuss results and a plan. So impressed!
