Actually, this is the second time I’ve been disappointed with this office. I called yesterday to make an appointment, and was told that Dr. Beatie was booked until September (it’s Aug.7). I groaned because I was feeling quite ill (my husband has bronchitis and I think I have the same infection). The staff member on the phone said she would get a triage nurse to call me back and see if I can get in. It is now the afternoon of the second day and no phone call. I just can no longer rely on this doctor any longer.

Excellent, caring doctor that goes the extra mile for her patients.

She is caring and very soft spoken. But too soft spoken. She doesn't tell you diagnosis, more just writes a script and hands it to you. Office staff is extremely rude. My first visit the nurse went on and on about how she hates computers and working with kids, and now she does both being a nurse. Nurse also cussed a lot (shit, hell, etc). Front desk rude when you talk to them. I asked for records once, and they didn't ask for my ID and just gave them to me. HIPPA violation!! It is not my kind of doctor's office, and went elsewhere.
