Dr. Sturm is very knowledgeable and attentive but we have an extremely terrible experience with his assistant. She definitely needs to work on her communication skills as two times in a row when I double confirmed my appointment details with her she gave a completely different day/time instead. We also witnessed another parent showing up with a young baby and was told by Dr. Sturm’s assistant that their appointment was scheduled on a different day so they had to leave in the end - I guess we are not the only parents who experience the same problem with her. In addition, I find it quite challenging to reach out to Dr. Sturm’s assistant. I had an inquiry last time and I left two voice messages and sent an email on 3 separate business days and she just didn’t respond to any of them. Her service is very concerning to me as I have no idea how other parents are able to get an appointment with Dr. Sturm unless they go to their office and book it in person. It’s hard to find a great doctor nowadays like Dr. Sturm and it’s such a pity that his office staff is operating at such a low level which destroys the entire experience.

We are grateful to have Dr. Sturm as our kids' pediatrician! He is attentive, knowledgeable and a quick thinker, which is important with a sick child. We needed to look for a pediatrician after Dr. Maresky has retired and having Dr. Sturm as our pediatrician is a blessing. Dr. Sturm's office is extremely efficient in always trying their best to squiz us in. Thank you, Dr. Sturm and the team!!

Dr Raphael Sturm is always in a rush to finish the appointment and maybe he does not realize when speaking to the parents that he is sarcastic and condescending. I feel discouraged to ask questions as he looks bothered as soon as you start asking him questions. As a parent, you worry for your child so, you're looking for professional guidance and reassurance. I wished Dr Sturm was more caring, compassionate and took time to answer questions in a professional manner. There is no warmth and he does not sweet-talk or distract your baby. The office building is also run-down and could use a facelift.

Today i had my daughter's first visit to dr.sturm.
The receptionist was unfriendly, quiet rude on the phone too. But the doctor was Amazing! He was very knowledgeable, very patient with my little one and answered all my questions. He was able to make a child feel safe and fun at the same time so that she doesnt get nervous about the shot she was getting. I was lucky enough to be able to see him as my daughter's pediatrian!

Nice doctor, but the staff at the reception never picks up call or respond back on messages. 4/5 visits we had to wait for Dr. Sturm. Although the wait time ranges from 10-20 minutes, hopefully it can be reduced to 5-10 minutes instead.

Dr. Sturm is an extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient doctor who is wonderful with my two children. We are so grateful to have our kids in his practice.

Dr. Sturm is the best! He is down to earth and very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. We couldn't ask for a better Pediatrician and feel very fortunate that he is our sons Doctor. Thank you Dr. Sturm for all that you do!
