Physician comes across as arrogant and rushed through consults with no "bedside" manners on interactions as brief as these may be.

So grateful for the excellent care of Dr Bevan and her team. She’s very knowledgeable and provides excellent care. Have worked with Samantha the NP as well and she’s fabulous. The whole team takes the time to get to know their patients and takes a collaborative approach with the patient/family. Erin at front reception is lovely and works incredibly hard to triage needs over the phone to ensure you get an appointment when you really need one. For anything acute she’s always been able to get us in to see someone same or next day. So grateful for their consistent and excellent care over the pandemic as well.

You take a look at me before she was our doctor and after she’s been our doctor for a few years and you would see how excellent she and her staff are. I don’t get where the negativity is coming from. I would recommend her to every one.

I have been dr,Bevan patient 5 years ( I think) and I have saw her 1 time. I wonder if she still exist ? Or has she moved? I always talk to sectretary on the phone.

Dr. Bevan and her team are awesome. We are lucky to have her as our family doctor. The system is overwhelmed but the service and trust is there at this clinic. I think the negative reviewers need some more patience.

You are better off and safer having no Doctor than putting trust in this one. Beware.

You can’t ever get through. The receptionist never calls you back and if you DO manage to get her on the phone she is rushed and condescending. She is not a nurse or anything but acts like she is a neurosurgeon! The NP is pretty good if you can get her, the practical nurse is a surly know it all who knows very little, and the doctor herself is rude, uncaring, and dismissive. Just awful experience all around. Do not choose this clinic to look after you. Just … don’t.

I had to wait a couple of weeks before posting here because I was pretty upset. The receptionist is curt and rude and a bit of a know it all. The nurse (not the NP) is not good - like NOT good!! She isn’t an RN and she doesn’t seem to be too bright. The doctor is either nice or really unpleasant - you don’t know which you’re going to get either! I think she came back from maternity leave not too long ago just wanting to put in a short day then go home to her kid. Which is fine but just go be a stay at home Mum then! She doesn’t take criticism well, is condescending, and doesn’t seem to be aware of how to operate a culturally safe workplace. No diversity and no apparent interest in understanding people/patients from other cultures. Doesn’t seem to have much interest in indigenous culture either from what I overheard in the waiting room! Very disappointing. Very upsetting. Am now actively looking for a new doctor.

While treating me for anxiety and depression she managed to escalate the situation to the point I had to get a doctor to recover from the doctor turn!
