Two appointments and you’re left waiting far past your scheduled time. Even booking for when they open has no impact as you’re left waiting at least a half hour. The practice also takes no pride in their lobby/office. Signs up everywhere to wait in your car due to COVID, masks required, etc- all things they don’t practice any longer. They also utilize tablets for check in, but they don’t work.

The doctor I worked with not only dressed down staff right outside the door about something they did wrong, but was also less than pleasant with me. Although you take the time to list out previous issues, surgeries, etc in your paperwork and describe them to the care team when they ask- if you don’t lead with those things in your introduction, you are sternly told by the Nurse Practitioner that you should lead with that information when you work with an ENT.

Definitely do not recommend.

The doctor seem to be knowledgeable but still did not grasp my problem. He delegates to his Medical Assistant who thinks that his word is final. My medical problem was not resolved because he did not send me back to see Dr. Fadhli. I have to see another doctor who feels that my input is relevant.

My GP got me an emergency appt there today I wasn't too impressed with the PA. She's not sure what is going on but my tongue is EXTREMELY swollen along with the inside of my mouth. First off, in her opinion, it looked normal. Um no, it's not normal to be swollen so much you can't eat or talk without pain. So my GP called in meds and she agreed to take those and come back in 2 weeks.
That's not the bad part. I go to check out and there is some guy in there, dressed really nice talking to the receptionist. They're not talking loud but from the jist of the convo, I'm guessing he's a private insurance rep, he said his client is waiting for approval, etc. Well then they proceed to start talking about private info, like the guys name, date of birth and address. He then does it in regards to another patient.
You would think with all the identity theft out there, they would have called him in the back? I basically knew where these people lived, how to spell their names and DOB's. Soooo very unprofessional.
Needless to say, I won't be going back to get my results. I'm having a copy sent to my GP and will find an actual ENT who can see that my tongue is swollen. Even the girls at the Target pharmacy were amazed that the PA didn't think it was swollen. One of them even said she didn't need an MD to realize it was.

The doctor an his assistant are very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. The front staff leaves something to be desired. Their punctuality downright sucks. In 4 visits to this office I have NEVER been seen on time. My shortest wait time was 45 minutes. My longest wait time was 1 hour 35 minutes. The staff seems uninterested in getting people in and out within an acceptable time frame. I'm convinced they overbook on purpose and just don't care.

Dr. Fadhli Makes you wait an extremely long time everytime you come in. Scheduling is a huge problem.....No consideration for patients time. Staff moves you along too quickly and if you are having surgery you are given papers to read and pushed out the door. Nice office horrible Dr patient care.

Mr Flowers & Mr Fadhli are both excellent professionals. They answered all my questions in a very thorough and simple manner. The staff was very polite and helpful. We went thru all pre-surgery docs in detail and I was able to get all answers to my questions. Very Knowledgeable personnel. I recommend 100%.
