Dr. Olga is an amazing doctor who cares. I can smell a business doctor who only writes prescriptions to get a patient out in 3 minutes and she's not one of them. She always listens and examines her patients. She's definitely one of the best in Calgary, we have followed her from Calgary to Cochrane. She's very knowledgeable and she cares and that's the best quality you can ask for. Her staff is ok, the guy at the front desk seems to hate his job, he's actually good but not made to deal with people on a daily basis. A little smile won't kill you. Plus, a lot of people have loyally followed Dr. Olga from Calgary and it takes me personally 3hrs to get there and back. Roads can be difficult. I personally saw a number of patients who got there late but still within 10 minutes of their appointment and they would be rejected by the front desk. I was once late 2 minutes and the front desk guy tried his best to make my life difficult. I only needed a prescription and I was out in less than 3 minutes. I understand the schedule is very tight and your time is precious but consider your loyal patients commuting long hours to see you.

Dr. Olga is a wonderful doctor. She’s been our family doctor for almost five years. We are willing and are happy to drive from Calgary to Cochrane just to have her as our primary physician. She is very good with follow ups and is always very professional . She has excellent bed side manners, is very approachable and polite. Our children love her. She always make us all feel like she really cares about our wellbeing. Thank you dr.Olga.

Dr. Olga is the best doctor! We followed her from her Calgary office and now drive to Cochrane for all of our appointments. Today we were her last appointment and were running late due to traffic. I called her office and she was kind enough to wait for us. I’m sure she doesn’t get many weekends off so I really appreciate it! Dr. Olga is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She has been both mine and my daughter’s family doctor for about 5 years now and feel so lucky to have her. If you need a doctor I can’t recommend her enough, thank you Doctor Olga for being the best doctor!

I have followed Dr. Olga from Calgary and couldn't be happier with the care I've received. The clinic advertises comprehensive care and she fully delivers on that. She is genuine, knowledgeable and professional. She explains everything and makes me feel totally comfortable and informed! The online booking system is so user friendly and the clinic itself is always clean. I would recommend her to anyone!

I had appointment with Dr.Konwisorze . While driving from Calgary to Cochrane we had to drive behind oversized truck. Even though we left the house in Calgary 1 hr before my appointment we couldn’t make it on time. 14 km before I called to her office to inform her that I will be 5-8 minutes late . I was informed by a very rude staff at reception desk that I have to rebook my appointment. I couldn’t believe what I hear. I said that I have only 14 km left to get there but receptionist ask me if I want to rebook now or later at home . I was in shock and couldn’t believe that. I was turned off and had to go to walking Clinic. Dr. Konwisorz my husband and I we followed you from Calgary office, support you and you turn me back for being 5-10 minutes late for my appointment? My question is how can I rate your helpfulness?.is this ethical decision . I’m very disappointed with the service.
