One of the best Dr.’s I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and being a patient of. Such a kind and caring man. Very understanding and I never felt rushed. I will miss him very much and wish him all the best in his new endeavours.

Dr. Madsen is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He is so knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind and compassionate, he is going to be very very hard to replace. This calibre of doctor is hard to come by and he is going to be incredibly missed as he embarks on his new career path. Worse office staff ever. Never get a person to talk to when you call - forced to always leave a message. On average, takes her one to two weeks to return phone calls. Now on the second week trying to change an appointment date. At this rate, the next available date will be next year. I could also write volumes about paper work not being sent on time delaying tests. The Doctor is good but you never get to see or hear from him that often. His assistance prevents that from occurring. Unbelievable way to run an office

Dr. Madsen is friendly, knowledgeable and takes time with his patients. He doesn't talk down to me, which I find can be an issue with specialists.
It took quite a while to get in to see him, but I think it was worth the wait.

Dr. Madsen is one of the most knowledgeable, caring, and yet humble Doctors I've ever met.
He was wonderful in diagnosing my Sjogrens and Fibromyalgia, and in helping me come up with a sustainable plan for my health.
I am eternally grateful I was referred to him and his AMAZING nurses.

Dr Madsen is terrific. He's relaxed, easy to talk to, caring and helpful. He's helped my Chron's related arthritis so much in a really short time. I trust him and recommend him highly.
