Dr Phan is a really great doctor. Krista is always very accommodating with appointments. She fit me in today after I called this morning.
Dr. Hornich did a fantastic job of hiring Dr Phan to replace him.

Absolutely wonderful family doctor. Very detailed and never makes you feel rushed, yet on time for every appointment you make. He takes the time to make sure he fully understands the situation and is very knowledgeable.

Dr Phan is wonderful. His receptionist Krista has a real attitude problem. She’s very snarky and condescending. She needs to understand she is the first person people speak to on the phone. If she is making them feel degraded they do not feel comfortable coming in or calling. Which is a shame because Dr Phan is a great GP.

I know that medical doctors in Ontario don't need a positive review to stay busy (given our shortage of health care options). Nonetheless, Dr. Phan is one of the best doctors our family has ever had. As someone who is a) married to a natruopathic doctor, and b) has a general distrust of the medical establishment, and the cozy relationship with pharmaceutical companies, Dr. Phan shatters any preconceived notions I might have. He listens, is obviously knowledgeable, and quite reasonable in his approach to patient care.
