Our family has been extremely happy with the results after having our daughter and son receive braces from Dr. Ng. He was always very thorough, making sure of the best possible result. I cannot express my gratitude enough for Dr. Nathan Ng and the team at Jasper Place Orthodontics for the care they provided for my child. My 11 year old began their treatment close to 2 years ago and not to exaggerate but they have seen us through some tough times and stuck faithfully with us to ensure he was able to complete his treatment.

From the moment we stepped into his office, we felt confident in Dr. Ng's expertise, patience, and kindness truly made a significant difference. The entire staff are professional and warm, they are also very efficient and never leave you waiting long.

My child had a somewhat complex impairment, which required specialized care and attention. Dr. Ng went above and beyond to ensure that we make every effort to attempt an non-invasive course of action immediately to try and avoid surgery in the future. He helped me fully understand the treatment plan and the steps involved, along with the possible outcomes. He took the time to answer all of our questions, alleviating any concerns we had along the way. His ability to explain the procedures in a clear and compassionate manner made us both feel at ease. He paid special attention to my child who was initially very anxious about being there and provided him with gentleness and confidence that really alleviated my child's fears.

What impressed me the most about Dr. Ng was his commitment to achieving optimal results. He dedicated significant time and effort to carefully plan the treatment, tailoring it specifically to my child's needs and making any adjustments he thought might be necessary along the way. It certainly was no walk in the park for my child and I (in fact it required a great deal of work wearing a special mask appliance for 12 hours a day), but it was beyond worth it to see the end result. Dr. Ng's also went the extra mile when we were experiencing some hardship in our family and demonstrated his commitment to providing the highest quality of care so that my child would not suffer.

Thanks to Dr. Ng's expertise and dedication, my child's jaw is in the right place now and fingers crossed remain that way. The results have exceeded our expectations, and we are incredibly grateful for the transformative impact this has had on my child's confidence and overall oral health. I would highly recommend Dr. Ng and team to anyone seeking orthodontic care, especially for complex cases. His exceptional skills, personalized approach, and unwavering commitment to his patients make him an outstanding orthodontist.
