The people who answer the phone are HORRIBLE.. The wait time is never less than 2 hours because they over book all the time. The believe that their time is more important than yours. The office and exam rooms are filthy. On the positive side, the Doctor and Nurses are very nice and helpful.

Staff billed 3 times for co-pay even after I sent them copies of the cancelled check. Office was very dirty and there were multiple, UNCOVERED urine samples on the wet sink top in the bathroom. ANYONE could have mixed and fooled with the samples. I never went back.

He's not too bad, but his staff is very unprofessional. All they do is eat and talk loudly! Make sure you get a receipt after you pay. They like to try and charge you twice.

My wife and I moved in Nassau County last Year.We were approved for Medicaid and United Healthcare as a primary insurance.Dr.Nussbaum was affirmed as our primary phisician from Department of Social Services. We brought all this paperwork to his office. We wanted to see our 'so called' primary phisician to say hello. We also repeatedly told him that we have a Medicaid. He assured as that will be no charge for the visit. He tricked as in a way that he took a blood pressure.A couple days later he charged each of as $50.00 for a visit and on the top of it he sent it to the Collection Department. He cheat us and blackmail us.It's a shame that that very greedy doctor is approved primary phisician in our area.
