Dr Lee is so helpful and responsive. He's so great about getting back to me regarding test results and follow up plans. He has helped me out so much over the past 2 years when it was so tough to get in to see my regular doctor. He is so punctual and is always on time for appointments. Genuinely nice guy and we always have such interesting discussions. Really makes me feel comfortable as a patient.

I've been seeing Dr. Lee for the past 6 years. He is always on time. He is always availible for me and willing to help. So kind and personable. I wish more doctors were like him :)

The doctor is fine. The receptionist however was terribly rude when I called on behalf of my grandmother to ask about her medication. She was being very snarky and didn't answer my question directly. I honestly don't even think she listened to my question. She made it seem like I was stupid for asking but I'm just asking for my grandmother who had concerns about her medication and whether it will interfere with the Covid vaccine. I don't care if she was having a bad day, but don't take it out on others especially not when you're at work.

My family has been seeing Dr. Lee for a number of years since his previous office next to metrotown. I cannot thank Dr. Lee enough for taking such great care of my father during the lockdown. I found it extremely tough to get my father in to see other doctors, but Dr. Lee has been so helpful and accommodating.
