I attended my initial appointment today with Dr. C, and I must commend his professionalism and expertise. His compassionate demeanor, polite mannerisms, and profound understanding of HS were exemplary. Very happy to have him as my dermatologist!

I take my 71 year old mother here for skin care/treatments. Dr Cecchini consistently rushed, rude and condescending. Dr Alavi is dearly missed!

Overall terrible experience at York Derm under Dr Cecchini's care. Arrogant, dismissive, condescending! 0/10 communication skills. Switched over to Maple Derm and so far very happy with my decision!

Very disappointing experience being treated by Dr Cecchini after Dr Alavi departed. Staff mostly still fantastic, but Dr Cecchini is obnoxious and his care is ego/bottomline($)-centered and not patient-centered. Lacks basic human decency in communicating to patients and staff. Never Again!!

Dr Cecchini is the best, most compassionate doctor I have ever been to in my entire life. He has helped me more than any health care practitioner ever has and always has the patient’s best interest in mind. I would recommend Dr Cecchini to anybody looking for a dermatologist. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Dr Cecchini is as uncaring as he is rude. Condescending, greedy, ignorant. Very poor experience with this clinic since the transition of ownership from Dr Alavi to Dr C. We have noticed consistently skyrocketing costs for various services that many have built a care-plan around, leaving long term patients stuck… all while planning new office expansions and what he said would come with a ‘much bigger sign on the building.” AVOID!

The rudest, most unprofessional, and arrogant doctor I have ever visited. Talks down on his patients, always incredibly late. He once asked me why HE prescribed me a medication during a follow-up. I was mind blown because I later found out it was a medication not recommended for my condition..
