INCREDIBLE experience from start to finish. My nose looks absolutely perfect. Dr Zacharia outdid my expectations in every way possible. I adore how my nose turned out and apart from being beautiful, it looks natural and functions perfectly. I had a truly outstanding experience with Dr Zacharia and all the members of his team that I engaged with i.e., Ineke, Nurse Kim, Nurse Sarah, Nurse David, and Hollie. I found Dr Zacharia to be incredibly professional, creative, and thorough. Not only that, but I felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for by his entire team. If you need surgery for medical or cosmetic purposes, then I cannot recommend Dr Zacharia and his team highly enough.

I had a revision rhinoplasty with him and it has turned out worse than what it was .. he only removed 1mm off the tip which needs so much more .. the side of my nose still has a bulging lump and my nostrils are wide and one higher than the other !!!
What A ROBBERY .. I feel like I’ve been in the movie hostel ! Where elites have there way with you and cut you open ..
all the bruising and down time and not to mention the nearly $30k I spent .. DO NOT USE HIM !!!!!!!
He has great bedside manners but the skills end there. I wish I had seen the other reviews on here. I’m that distraught from this 😭

I've done 4 surgeries with another doctor in Canberra but when i went to Dr Zacharia he was able to make me proud and secure about myself and there is no impossible with Dr Zacharia and is the best doctor. He and his team were very helpful and explained my procedure to me very well and I'm happy and pleased that i did my rhinoplasty with Dr Zacharia. He also helped me and told me not to worry and saw me straight after my surgery which was very lovely and telling me that everything went good . Every time I go for a check up, Dr Zacharia is always very bright and always smiling. Dr Zacharia and his team are all very friendly and would recommend him to everyone.

I would like to preface by clarifying that the following is a factual account of my experience and is not intended to defame the character or practice of Dr Zacharia. In 2021, I sought a consultation with Dr Zacharia to reduce the size of my nose and to slightly raise the tip. Subsequently, I sought a second consultation with Dr Zacharia to inquire about the necessity of waiting for threads to naturally dissolve in my nose before proceeding with the surgery, as advised by my cosmetic injector. During this consultation, I expressed my desire to make additional changes with the morph, including a very slight raising of the tip and eliminating any visible nostril show.

Prior to my primary rhinoplasty, I reiterated my desired outcomes to Dr Zacharia, emphasising that I wanted only a very slight raising of the tip and no visible nostrils. However, upon receiving the results of my surgery, I was shocked and extremely upset to find that my nose had been raised significantly higher than desired, my columella was removed and retracted, and that my nostrils were now extremely visible from the front. At my six-week post-op appointment, Dr Zacharia expressed uncertainty about whether the threads had caused these complications. Despite these concerns, Dr Zacharia proceeded with a revision and promised to lower my nose and reduce nostril visibility and to fix my retracted columella by adding ear cartilage to the columella.

Unfortunately, this revision did not yield the desired results (my columella is still retracted, I have an indent on my columella which is visible on frontal view, my nostrils are uneven, I have bumps on my nostrils that have lasted over a year and excessive nostril show), and Dr Zacharia subsequently resorted to injecting filler into my columella. However, this intervention did not resolve the issue, as a visible dent remained in the columella. Dr Zacharia also removed cartilage from my nose tip, despite the fact that we had not discussed this prior to the surgery. Ultimately, the results of both my primary and revision rhinoplasties left me feeling extremely disappointed and unhappy with my appearance.

I have since sought the opinions of other surgeons, all of whom have recommended further revision to address the remaining issues with my nose. Additionally, I experienced a concerning incident when Dr Zacharia injected filler into my columella, during which I experienced a vascular occlusion. Despite expressing my concerns to Dr Zacharia about the unusual symptoms I was experiencing, he dismissed my concerns and advised me to "monitor it". I was also advised to call back the next morning, as the office was only open for a limited time that day. I was dismayed to learn that Dr Zacharia would not have administered hyalase, the recommended treatment for a vascular occlusion, had I been not been in Sydney at the time.

I would like to reiterate that this account is not intended to disparage Dr Zacharia or his practice, but rather to provide an accurate record of my experiences and concerns.

I had rhinoplasty and a revision rhinoplasty with Dr Zacharia. Originally chose him because he was an ear nose and throat Dr and thought that this was the key qualification re rhinoplasties. My nose was crooked after the first and not much change hence the second (I had 2 closed rhinoplasties). After the second I couldn't breathe so went to a plastic surgeon for a second opinion. Found out my nose was collapsed on one side. Had to then have a third and fourth surgery to correct. My nose is now perfect, however was an incredibly stressful and expensive experience. If you are looking to get a rhinoplasty through Dr Zacharia make sure you do you research and find out/ get a consultation quote on what the cost of revision rhinoplasty will be.
