This dentist office manager is very rude. I called because the office refused a service due to an insurance claim denial. The male that answered the phone does not know the meaning of costumer service. He began yelling at me saying that I can't tell him how to run the office and I needed to get off the phone and do my homework because I didn't know what I was talking about. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to because he was being disresceptful and not letting me speak he told me no. I then asked to speak directly to the dentist and he told me I could come in and try but the dentist doesn't have time for my nonsense complaint. I would never recommend this office to anyone. To me it just seems like they try to cheat your insurance and squeze any dime they can out of the patient and then when you call and ask for an explaintion they get defendive for no reason. I wish I could've gotten his name but when I asked him for it he refused to give it me and hung up the phone on me.
