He was one of the worst doctors that my husband has had. Husband was to have spinal cord stimulator removed in Jan 2016. He was scheduled for surgery. S
Three days before it was to happen we were told that he had a family emergency. Called back threeo days late we talked to his office we were told that he just up and left the practice. Looks like he moved around multiple times since 2016. DO NOT GO TO THIS PERSON. My husband had to find another surgeon to . remove the spinal cord stimulator that Dr Hamza claimed to create.

Ehlers-Danlos patient. I was transferred to him when my doc left the practice. When I complained of new back pain and some fatigue from current meds (non-narcotic), all he wanted to do was push strong narcotics on me. When I was concerned about the addiction and abuse rates of narcotics, he refused to give any other suggestions, prescribed me what I had before, and sent me on my way. He did not do a physical exam. I started hunting for a new doctor asap. The next doctor actually did a physical exam, figured out the problem, explained it to me (disc sliding around and pinching a nerve due to muscles not holding it properly), and then gave me exercises which are helping. I'm in pain, but at least I'm fixing it instead of getting addicted to meds I don't need or want. I would *never* recommend Maged Hamza.

Dr. Hamza is a fantastic resource, and has contributed highly to make sure I'm as pain-free as possible considering my T7 spinal cord injury over 15 years ago. A fantastic addition to your team.

Dr. Hamza has been my pain pump doctor for over 8 years. He has always been kind, considerate and knowledgeable. There have been a few hickups along the way, but he has always worked with me to solve to the issues. Don't know what I would do without him.

Absolute worse health care professional I have ever met.
In my professional field I have interacted with hundreds of physicians and I can tell tell you without hesitation he is the most arrogant, rudest, individual I have ever encountered. I have worked with nationally prominent surgeons, intraventionalists, and opinion leaders, really high profile people, but none of them can touch this guy. I am flabbergasted as to how he can stay in business/practice. I should have suspected that when he breezed in 25 minutes late without a word of apology that this was going to be a negative experience.
Most of the staff are short in their interactions, but perhaps it is due to having to work with this disaster.
Run, do not walk, away from encounters with this sad excuse of a physician.
