I LOVE Dr. Beth. She really listens and cares so much about her patients. She is strong and gentle and will use another technique if the first bothers the patient. I have been going to her and her husband for six years for weekly adjustments (for fibromyalgia, scoliosis and headaches). Dr. Beth believes in whole-body health and gives good advice on lifestyle and nutrition as well as being a great chiropractor.

I had a headache that had been bothering me for three months and didn't know the cause of this constant pain. I checked with my optometrist, thinking that the pain was caused by new glaces or eye problems. The cause was not in my eyes. I went to see Dr. Hepfer for a back problem, not for the headache. My first visit was mostly for diagnostic and X-rays, which would help determine what she could do with my back problem. After a careful examination, she found out that I also had a problem with my neck. She pointed out that some headaches are caused by problems in the neck. Right then I remembered a chart I saw in her clinic waiting room, depicting the connection between nerves aligned through the spinal cord and different parts or organs of the human body. A therapy she prescribed the same day for my neck made the headache I had felt for three months disappear in one day.

Wonderful staff, very caring and knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Lisa is wants to get you better asap! She explains her treatment and how you are going to feel doing the process of her care. I will refer her to anyone who suffers from muscle pain. Great thanks goes out to her and her staff. Continue to do great work!

Courteous and professional administrative staff who verified insurance prior to appointment. Website was helpful and had forms available online to fill out. Dr. Hepfer was very thorough in her assessment, and knowledgable in her exam. She was kind, compassionate and listened to my concerns with genuine interest. I felt well-taken care of in her hands.
