have been a patient for several years with this practice. I have been trying for over two months now to get a call back to schedule a colonoscopy. They keep sending me to someone named Tina Marie to be scheduled and I have received one call back in two months at a time I could not pick up the phone. I continue to call back urging “high priority“ call and can still not reach anyone.Going to leave the practice and find someone who cares enough to call back

I felt very comfortable. They let me explain my symptoms. Dr Alvarez was professional, but also personable. Very nice clean office. The snacks, coffee, etc. were a thoughtful addition.

Appointment and procedure went well. The staff and doctor were all very pleasant. The only glitch was that the prescription went to wrong pharmacy. I asked it be sent to a particular pharmacy and that didn't happen.
