I’m glad the reviewer is satisfied with the diagnosis and/or treatment that I provided. Regarding our personal interaction, I do apologize that it was not perceived to be positive as well. The challenge with online comments posted anonymously is that they do not afford us the ability to review patients charts or recap interactions to see where something might have gone wrong. Having a strong rapport with my patients is something that is very important to me and it is concerning that a patient would feel as described in the review comments. Since I don’t know who is writing this commentary, all I can say is that I apologize for a poor interaction and can assure them that is not how I interact with my patients. Sincerely – Dr. Lee

While Dr. Lee's staff is VERY strict about the time patients arrive, time to complete forms, etc. the doctor himself seems to have no time constraints. However, when I did see him he spent a good amount of time with me reviewing my history, symptoms and concerns, so I guess that's why he gets so behind. However, if this is consistently the case his staff should book fewer appointments.

I was a bit nervous about the procedure and a new doctor . This Doctor and his staff answered all of questions and sootherd all of my anxiety . The procedure went well and the follow up call was a personal win for me. The professionalism shown and care given was awesome.
