Dr. Mui is great. As an anxious patient, I appreciate her willingness to avoid the heart rate raising freezings where possible. She’s worked with me, in the constraints of my benefit plan, on how to prioritize treatments. During treatment, she consistently and accurately tells me what’s going to happen before she does it, which helps ease some of my anxiety. She and her team have thoughtfully answered all of my questions, no matter how trivial.

Dr. Lilian Mui is always genuine and caring. I have been seeing her for the last 20 years. I appreciate that she always helps me analyse my issues to resolve it conservatively. I recently had a filling appointment with her which went very smoothly and easily. I even fall asleep in the dental chair because both Dr. Mui and her assistants are so gentle and proficient! Very nice. Patient 1st - do no harm does not appear to be followed. $$$$$$ is 1st. Around 18months in, start to follow your billing & get second opinions from here out. It could literally save your life.
