Thank you to Dr. B, and his team of support staff, at Comprehensive Treatment Clinic. In one visit, Dr. B provided me with a number of supports --a "comprehensive" plan, to say the least -- that provided with me: 1. referrals to effective outpatient programs (that are even supporting me during Covid-19), 2. a plan for abstinence and relapse prevention, 3. advice on personal management strategies, 4. medication, and 5. overall direction for getting back to work while I stay healthily committed to my recovery. I feel safe, confident, and directly included in a journey to stability and sobriety. My partner is also so happy to see this support in our lives. The office is, additionally, easy to access, welcoming, cheerfully decorated, and someone always picks up the phone, or calls you right back. As another visitor said: "A light at the end of a (rather dark, long, and scary) tunnel". Thank you, again, Dr. Bienenstock and Team.

Dr. Bienenstock and his clinic are very accessible in many ways. He makes you feel instantly comfortable. He explains the plan for your recovery thoroughly. He’s very encouraging. He responds to questions and calls promptly. His colleagues, the receptionist are warm and welcoming too. I made steady progress. Excellent care. Like a light at the end of a tunnel!

Dr. Bienenstock was introduced to me by a close friend, and I am more than grateful! Dr. B has helped me lay out a plan for recovery and my mental health that had given me tremendous hope for the future. He is extremely thorough with his approach, and shows genuine care towards his patients and their well being. It is a beautiful clinic with excellent staff as well. I am so pleased with a clinic, (doctor) and staff that has the patients well being and success at heart. I don't feel like just a number, but a real person facing the difficulties of addiction. we all know how hard is it, having your doctor on your side is priceless!!!!!

I've never had a doctor make seeing a specialist in addictions feel so easy. His clinic makes getting the help I need honestly without hassles or judgment. He goes above and beyond what I have ever experienced with any other doctor, especially in his field since he has also taken on requests from me to treat me not just for my addiction to drugs but in other health issues I have presented while I have been his patient. In the time that I have been in his care, he has demonstrated empathy and respect for me and I have not used the drugs that nearly killed me before I discovered his clinic .Dr B, is the real deal and I am do grateful for his ongoing efforts and support as well as his cooperation with other health professionals that I see on a regular basis. Thank you, good doctor, for all that you do to reduce harm in our community. You are one of a kind.

I started seeing Dr. Bienenstock for addiction, but I am also type 1 diabetic and have some other health issues that he has helped me manage at the CTC in Toronto. The clinic staff is always helpful and welcoming, safe setting and always clean. Dr. B has helped me progress with my health and steer me in the right direction when it comes to my DRT. I would highly recommend the CTC clinic and him as an MD.

My name is Jennifer and I just recently starting seeing Dr Bienenstock at another clinic he serves in Brampton on Sundays. He is an extraordinary physician and I highly recommend him to anyone. I've personally never met a doctor like him and he was such a wonderful surprise, especially in the addiction field. He actually cares about his patients and I can tell his insight doesn't just come from his education, he knows the pain and suffering most addicts endure and genuinely works to give back value and worth many addicts have lost along the way. I have been seeing Dr. Bienenstock for three month, in the three month, he has done more for me and helped me more than my old clinic, ACT. In ACT you are just a number and an addict. Dr. Bienenstock is very passionate in helping his clients'. I am so happy I left ACT, and came to his clinic.

Takes time to listen and help with everything. Friendly and respectful. Only good things to say about him. The clinic is clean and safe. High standard of behaviour is expected here. Nothing like other methadone doctors. Highly recommended!
