I give the staff at dr. Gupta's office one-star because they are not punctual also they are rude they don't care about the patients nor do they care about their Patients health. Yet doctor Gupta is most definitely the best doctor that I have ever ever met in my life. I think he is he is a great man he is a perfect doctor he does everything for you. He sits he listens he actually takes time with his patients to find out who you are, and what your problems are. He is absolutely excellent but I have to say that the secretaries definitely not like him at all they do not do what they say they're going to do especially for a patient who is not living in Toronto. But has been a long time patient. He is amazing like I said best doctor I've ever met but he really needs to get new because they are unreliable they don't do what they say they're going to do every single weekend I call in and ask for my prescription to be transferred or faxed up to me and never is and I always end up having to go down to Toronto.

Dr. Gupta cares about every single patient and treats everyone like family. He never makes you feel like less of a person because you have an addiction. He will do everything in his power to help you. Couldn’t ask for anyone better

thank u dr. gupta for treating me like a human and not looking down on me because of my addiction problems. Dr. Gupta has been my methadone doctor for 3 years now and with his help. I am getting my life back, I even recently found a job and am now coming off welfare. never though id see these days again, thanks buddy

Dr. G has been my doctor over 8 years he is so amazing and the most important is that he actually cares for all his patients, he literally goes above and beyond to help......at times really impeading on his own personal life as he works so much just to ensure everyone is helped anytime they need it
