He did permanent damage to me for what should have been a simple operation, other doctors that saw me limping with a cast and crutches all told me to sue him after asking what happened, his office is filthy, his temper is scary, he is always over an hour late arriving at the office, nothing about him, his staff or the office is professional, I was never allowed to see my x-rays, there was no follow-up after the permanent damage was done, he charged me for many things out of pocket that were unnecessary, I'm surprised that he is still in business. What he did to me was so bad that strangers from the medical profession that approached me wanted to know his name so they could go to his office and spy on him, because it was so unbelievable to them. Before he damages your foot permanently, run for your life, because if you let him operate on you, you will never run again, let alone, walk.

Parking difficult. Facilities aged and in need of updating. Reception area cheerless. Reception staff devoid of pleasantness and under difficult stress due to serious back up of patients waiting for treatment. Excellent service provided by Dr S in an unhurried manner but be prepared for possiblility of more wait time after your name has been called, Dr S is clearly a very busy multiplexing person.

From my very first contact with the office I WAS IMPRESSED. The voice on the phone was friendly and the person was extremely helpful. AS a new patient with pain nothing was available for 2 and a half weeks, but I was assured that I would be called if there was a cancellation sooner. (I've heard that many a times to no avail.) But was AMAZED when the very next day I got I call for an opening that day. The doctor was approx. 75 mins behind, I was frustrated. But was told by donna (the friendly voice) that HE GAVE EACH PT THE TIME THEY NEEDED. we shall see. Well, he spent 1 hour and 5 mins with me explaining everything. I walked out with knowledge and complete understanding of my needs. THE STAFF (except the off manager, who was extremely rude and curt)THE DOCTOR and MY EXPERIENCE was EXCEPTIONAL! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It took me over a month to make an appointment. The staff is horrible, rud and inpolite. They don't run the practice the way it should be. My appointment was at 3:00 I saw the Dr by 6:00. The Dr is nice the staff is the one who makes him look bad. No one at the front, when they answer the phone all you hear is "hold on" they don't come back to the phone. Look for another Dr the time you waste on that practice plus the rudeness of the staff is not worth it

He was amizing, love his way, took his time and explained everything, very caring, and took xrays and results were quick, listen to what I said and gave me options. Very happy with the outcome

I have never seen such a rude Doctor. Not helpful at all, did several xrays for no reason. The reason i was there did not require xrays, and on top of all this he did not help me with my problem.
