Dr. Rod has been my physician for many years, he is an extremely compassionate doctor. I do have to wait for him for a bit as he is quite popular within the pain management physicians but he is definitely worth it!

I have been receiving treatment for pain at the Toronto Poly Clinic for over five years. The staff are well-trained, pleasant and organized - I am usually seen by Dr. Rod within 5 minutes of my arrival. He is always friendly, attentive and responsive, never rushes. I have been to a good share of pain and other clinics, this one is the busiest and most well-run by far, well-deserving of its reputation and success.

There are lots of staff at this office but the staff are terrible.. they do not know how to efficiently move people to each stage..Plan on being there for an hour and a half minimum.

I've been going to the clinic for 10 years and seeing Dr. Rod for 6 years of those. Great doctor! I have chronic fibromyalgia and will continue to see Dr. Rod for years to come.

I have been seeing Dr. Rob for ten years. I have found him to be the utmost caring doctor in helping me with IC and IBS and related back pain. He is thorough in his explanations of your questions, and has a very proffesional attitude when explaining things to you. I know a lot of people can be intimidated by doctors and don't ask questions of all their problems. If you don't ask, how do you expect to get an answer, and then comment with negativity. He can only work with the information you give him. Also, these days, doctors are under scrutiny on their treatment of patients as well. They can only work under the guidelines laid down by the rules federally or provincially. Unfortunately, illegal use of drugs by some, has made it incredibly difficult for the ones that do need the medication.

Not happy at all. Seems to be choosing from among his patients on who to be taken care of properly and who to ignore . Waste of knowledge.

I've been seeing Dr.Rod for many years now. He is knowledgable, kind and very caring. I know that he is always thinking about his patients well-being, and that he truly wants to help whenever possible.
