Dr. Zeidler is a very nice person. However, she has dropped the ball seriously with my complex health care needs. She rushes me through appointments, does not explain prescriptions or tests to me, is always very late to our appointments, and says no to me repeatedly for tests that other practitioners I deal with advise me to get through her. A few years ago she was compassionate and attentive, but now she makes me feel like I am an annoyance and a burden to be overcome in her day. I feel unheard, unhelped and like I'm being shunted aside because she doesn't understand what is happening to my body. She has made dangerous medication recommendations, landing me in the ER, and seems unable to adjust her understanding around my particular sensitivities or needs. I do think that if you are pregnant or trans and need care specific to those things, she will be excellent. But she is out of her depth in other areas. The staff are short tempered and forever piling on new protocols and then admonishing you when you do something an old way. Definitely not a good doctor or clinic for older, neurodivergent or anxious people. I only stay on with her because there are no doctors taking new patients.

Got referred to Dr. Zeidler. She seemed a bit hippy-ish. I’ll keep looking for for a good doctor

If you get on Dr. Zeidler's case load you have won the lottery. She is someone you can rely on to look out for your best interests in health, understands health and well-being as a broad, intersectional, and yet context specific definition. Exceptional trans patient specific care, and beyond. In general extremely thorough and patient-centred.

Dr. Zeidler is really invested in patient care and is knowledgeable and helpful for accessing resources beyond the clinical care she provides. I am extremely grateful to her for the care she has provided for me and my family over the years.
