My family doctor referred him to check my sons weight gain, he always said my baby was fine even throwing up 7 times between feeds. I had to implore for meds, my baby was struggling, crying and suffering. I had to go to Milton hosp once where my LO was diagnosed with UTI, but doctor Eltogby said he doubt my LO had an UTI. I asked if there was anything I could do about my sons foreskin to avoid surgery in future, once he said it was really tight and examining my sons genital and pulled his foreskin without asking me anything and hurt my son, he bled and doctor etolgby said my son had sensitive skin, did not apologize and gave me an EXPIRED product to put on. Once I realized, I called the office and they did not even apologize, as well, did not sound like the would even check the rest of their stock. Never coming back.

We’ve found Dr Eltobgy to be very experienced and knowledgeable. He is kind, straightforward, and takes the time to listen and engage with us. He never makes us feel rushed, although we know he’s busy. He is great with children, keeps a sense of humor, and is never condescending to parents (which unfortunately we have experienced with other doctors in the past).

Great bedside manner and was very thorough with my 3 year old BUT... out of 5 booked appointments, only saw him twice. Once he cancelled 23 min before appointment, another time I showed up only to find out they forgot to cancel my son's appointment since the doctor was not in, and the third time his office failed to call me to tell me yet again my son's appointment was cancelled.

He didn’t give us a good diagnostic about my son health issues... he didn’t have the ability to realize that my son was having several ear infections and because of that my son was not able to hear and that’s why he wasn’t speaking as other kids at the same age... it was too late when we had to insist something was wrong... not recommend this pediatrician... look for a another ... look for a good one
