Milton Urgent Care and Family Practice

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! This is not urgent care. How they have not yet been shut down is completely beyond me. The people i spoke with showed ZERO regard to my family member that was in pain. I have never in my life seen more incompetent staff, or doctors. They will put you on hold many, many times, and NEVER get back to you. Finally when you follow up for the 100th time, they will tell you to go to the hospital. Then when you get upset they say "im not going to speak to you if you speak to me in this tone". Disgusting staff. By every measurable metric, NASTY! How this place is still in business is beyond me. AVOID!!!

We have moved to Milton approximately 22/23 years ago and since then me and my family is Dr. Kamouna’s patients. He is very caring , always concerned and address the health issues accordingly. His reception staff is also cooperative. We’re satisfied with his performance and taking care of his patients.

This is the worse doctor clinic I've seen in all of Ontario . Go and find out yourself.

I have only attended this location a few times but it has always been a positive experience. Dr. Dawood very approachable and I believe I got excellent care and follow up.

I was a patient of Dr. Kumona for the last 20 years and I've noticed things getting really bad with my care in the last 3 years. Prior I only heard horror stories from other patients of his in the community. I don't think he realizes how close the families under 50 are to each other in Milton. Most of us moved here in the boom and have gone to school together from Mississauga or have became friends through our children. DR KUMONA IS NO LONGER A OUT PATIENT'S CARE. He has developed the God c9mplex and the arrogance has changed him to only care about the billing not the actual care. He rushes you without actually hearing what your describing as the issue and I. The last 2 and 1/2 years has 99% of the time only takes phone appointment that he never calls you on time. At times hours later. I have many aliments that he has diagnosed through the years that I'm taking pills for that have no messed up my kidney. Many years ago his brother who is also a doctor used to work from his office as well and he made a joke once of My brother hasn't killed you yet and I laughed it off with him, but damn he was trying to tell me something. His own brother stopped working out of his clinic shortly after and I never put one and one together until now. If you have to go see a vet before becoming a patient of Dr Kumona. Soooo many years wasted because I thought he was a nice guy and trusted him with my health. Even brought my daughter wife father in law to him. We have all left and so have many families in Milton. NO PATIENT CARE MILTON URGENT CARE. Ohip should look into their billing. This doctor doesn't care about providing proper care to individuals needs only cares about himself getting the bag. I'm so disappointed in him and myself for trusting him for 20 years.

I dropped off a formto be filled out by my doctor Mustafa Kumona March 26 for conversation with receptionist Rosena told me he and her will be in on that day was told to me on March 24. When I got there on March 25 she told me that I had to leave the form with her for Dr Kumona to review and then call me and that there was going to be a $80 charge. I said that a lot to complete a one page form but was ok with that. I reminded her that I need this quickly for I'm not getting paid for the time I'm off from work and needed to be back to work asap. Rosena assured me that it would be done and that I would get a call on March 28th. I did not receive any call and decided to give them a chance to get it done. Well today is March 31 and still no call. I called this morning to book an appointment to see my doctor for a different receptionist answered. She told me April 4th for a phone call appointment for regular prescription refill appointment. I didn't mention anything about the document I was still waiting on. Then I waited a few hours and called back to speak to Rosena and she is telling me that he just looked at the form today and that he needs to speak to me to discuss the condition on the form and that he might have to send me for tests. She said the earliest appointment is April 11. I then said to her that I expected this and that I had already booked a appointment for April 4, but imagine my financial loss if I had to wait until April 11th just to speak to Dr Kumona. You tell me if this is good service!? I'm at a loss for words.

A few yrs ago was happy to tind a new famoly doctor. Lately, service is terrible. Left several messages and ran out of meds before anyone evef called back. Cannot get through the line. Havecto remind about referrals. Time to look for a new doctor 😒

The facilities are not great - things are aging and in bad shape - the receptionist is generally pretty crappy which results in long wait times and confusion. Dr. Matthews is the only reason we still go in here because she is hands down the best doctor
