This was my first visit. I found him to be very friendly with excellent bed manner. Explained my health issue in details and spent a good amount of time to go through my medical records with lot of questions. It has been a long time since I had gone to a doctor that would spend time with a patient.

Dr Faye was fine. However his staff is thee worst ever. Wrong hospital for CAT scan, wrong pharmacy, do not return calls, lie about calls they made. Insurance company denied claim for additional shot due to his office not responding to them and getting them the medical records they needed to approve the additional shot. We finally had enough and are going elsewhere. Obviously the doctor doesn't look to see why his patient is not returning or getting the help they need. My husband is in so much pain, now we have to start over again.

He has to be more the worst Pain Doctor’s I’ve ever met in the 11 years of dealing with my back pain disorder on our first visit. Everything went well. We had a plan of action. We were going to proceed with my surgeon doing surgery then he was going to treat me after my surgery, and then four days later he decides to call and tell him he’s decided not to keep me as a patient. He stated that the valley is not equipped to take care of back surgeries that I need that I need to go to houston or San Antonio where there’s a hospital affiliated with a university or somebody who has more experience. He took over all the patients from Dr Gogu‘s office who is my previous pain management doctor without my permission even though I sought out an appointment with him I still have no say so over who took my treatment plan over. Then after everything send me a green to help me through surgery then calling me four days later, dropping me as a patient he wouldn’t even fill my prescriptions which I had with my previous pain management doctor, whose practice he took over the south Texas health systems. So basically I’ve been taking medication for 11 years he refused on a Thursday evening at 8:20 PM to refill my medication even until I found another Pain Doctor and he said and I quote I don’t know what to tell you I can’t do anything about it and I won’t do anything about it. If you value your life, I would not interested in this man’s hands because he’s gonna leave you stranded with no pain medication and no treatment plan and no doctor going forward and it’s extremely difficult to find another pain management Doctor Who will take your case even without a referral is unheard of. This won’t be the last he hears from me.
