After my (Christopher John Miller) back operation in Westmead Private Hospital I was transferred to Baulkham Hills Private Hospital for 2 week (1st two weeks in December 2023) rehabilitation.
I was very will looked after by the staff and especially Dr John Obeid. He prescribed me various medicines and treatments to aide my recovery.

Unlike many other comments, I was delighted with his care. He was punctual, very reasonable and practical. The only thing was that I was too muddled post operatively to ask why he'd been brought in to consult. Part of it was my low haemaglobin, which he treated appropriately but on discharge I found other anomalies with my blood tests which, if they were apparent when I saw him, I would imagine he discussed with my surgeon but neither discussed with me. I didn't receive a discharge summary so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say they weren't there when I saw him or I'm sure he would have modified my medication chart. He came across to me as a very caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable Physician.

I'm just perplexed, I'm just not quite sure which planent this doctor seems to be on...You don't have blood clots Oh yes I do...thank God another Doctor saved my life.

My recent Experience with John Obeid was probably the most traumatic you would ever encounter. It was all hit and miss..... too many errors, can not recommend in my recent hospitalization.

I founder Dr Obeid to most courteous and understanding to my problems and he explained to me in plain English about the operation I had just 3 days prior,he also explained the importance of special exercise I would have to do for a speedy recovery and what not to do and by listening to Dr Obeid I was discharged from Hills private Hospital in record time and the staff under his control are excellent in their chosen profession.would I recommend Dr Obeid ? Without question .

If you are a patient with dementia, be alarmed whilst under the care of Mr. Obeid. He quickly likes to place his patients with dementia into Palliative care, hopefully, he will advise the advocate/carers, I know he is oblivious to the fact both He Obeid and Norwest at Bella Vista have a shocking track record and please don't risk your elderly with Mr. John Obeid, I know this rate a doctor site but he is a Mr only in my expert opinion. Please use other doctors, the hospital will always back their doctors but if you are destroyed you might not make it back. Look after the elderly with a doctor that treats your family members thoroughly and leave no stone unturned , not one. Dr google is way better than Johnny boy.
