I was pretty apprehensive about moving to the GTA and switching rheums but was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the transition was. Dr. Shu is knowledgeable and supportive.

I saw Dr Shu last year for my wrists and was grateful for her help. She put me on meds which got me back to being able to keep up with my kids and back to work.

After waiting for 8 weeks, the Doctor spent less than 10 mins on the call before prescribing medication... very disappointed and now have to wait for another 6 weeks for another appointment

I saw this Doc for my knees pain and really liked her. I had to stop work and thought i couldn't make it after my family Doc put on medication that didn't get better. She put me on right medication and I feel much better now. The office wait room full so she works fast. I recommend her but shes not chatty and straight to the point.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Dr. S and her staff for helping my dad get on the right medication and the use of his hands back. The medication was expensive and they really came through for us.

Love the doctor. Hate the office. Extremely rude staff. Once they called and were mad that I did not answer my phone. Had to explain to the lady that most of us work like her and was in a meeting unable to attend. She seemed to huff and puff and was angry. Another time I left several messages and when i finally i reached someone on the phone I was told dont leave messages we do not return calls. The front staff has no patience and does not care. I would recommend the doctor if you have the patience to put up with a unprofessional front office.

Helped my dad 1st time do video and then 2nd time visit Dr. Shu office. Pretty happy with the appts. She is on time, I liked the reminder phone calls and she care about patient. Nice to find a Chinese Dr. her and her office speak Mandarin. Also we like her clinic is clean.

Have been seeing Dr. Shu for the last couple of years now. Was working up north before getting laid off and coming back to the city. Have to say I definitely like having the support from people who know my disease and can help me navigate treatments.
