Dr. Bajowa is great. She's a good listener and is understanding.
Her reception is sub-par, Lauren is great and maybe overly friendly, and a bit too chatty. This new girl (Philippino maybe, never caught her name sorry, who might be some rn... had a stethoscope on and was giving flu shots to families) absolutely awful ! When I checked in for my appointment she felt the need to announce in a loud voice (in front of my child and many in the waiting room) what I was there for (girly things) and of course I was upset and said she completely breached my privacy, confidentiality and was not necessary to say what the nature of my visit was. She became extremely defensive, rude, eye rolls, kissing teeth, sighing, shaking her head, confrontational and yelling at me, telling me that's part of her job.
Being in health care my self, I know this is a mega NO NO, and I brought it up with Dr. Bajowa who was very reassuring, understanding and would speak to her about it and agreed that no we do not need to announce the nature of the visit on check in.

I’ve been coming to her for a few years now . She’s very friendly nice and pleasant. She listens to your concerns and try to find a solution. Her office though is getting very busy and the wait times are becoming longer , just like everyone else . Lauren is knowledgeable and her new receptionist is nice as well and still getting the hang of things . Overall a good place - The way times are no different than other clinics.

Took millions patients but can’t handle them now. So busy to get an appointment like booking an appointment with a surgeon for surgery.

I’ve been seeing Dr Bajowa for a little over 4 years as of present date. She is very friendly and listens to your concerns however I don’t believe she really hears the problem. Often times you have to persistently ask questions or keep returning before the matter is resolved.
Dr Bajowa has too many patients, and so you’rw usually left waiting beyond your initial appointment time; Terrible if you have small children.
She is always on vacation 4+ times/annually.
Her staff aren’t trained appropriately in customer care, especially Lauren, she will sit back and talk to fellow team mates or other patients rather than completing other duties. Lastly Lauren has no respect she is very nosy and speaks loudly and obnoxiously about your business if you choose to share.
Recently Dr Bajowa has a Filipino receptionist who isn’t confident and doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing.

The staff are terrible and completely unprofessional. They don’t care about patients time AT ALL. Seriously,I’ve been coming to this doctor for a couple years and have always had to wait 40mins + past my appointment time. Dr Bajowa is very nice but she took on so many patients that this place runs like an automotive department. Zero regard for client experience and time. It’s just. “NEXT!!!”

I saw her for the first time and found her very kind. She seemed caring and didn't rush me out. she listens and orders the appropriate testing. I'm lucky to have found her. I highly recommend her.

Will NEVER go back to see Dr. Bajowa again! Went in about a year ago because she called me in 2 hours before closing to give me some news, the receptionst made it clear that once I got there I’d be in and out no waiting. I waited till everyone till everyone had gone before I got seen, even the 5 people who came after me! The clinic ended up staying open an extra half hour due to the amount of people waiting to see her. And once everyone was gone I still waiting 15 minutes before getting called in! All to go in for bad news which she delivered horribly, she told me as if it was no big deal!! Then brushed me off, I was in the office an entire 2 minutes
