I had her as my family doctor for 2 years, which was able 5 visits. She never once touch me to take a blood pressure test or check my breathing (this is way before covid). She just sat in a chair and asked questions. I asked to be referred to a specialist which I gave a name and details but the secretary took it upon herself to send me to someone else that was a waste of 5 years. I found a better doctor and now know what a crappy doctor she was.

Dr Bajowa is a leader in family doctors. She has consistently exceeded expectations with regard to care, knowledge and treatment. She is a wonderful doctor and a blessing for this community. I hope she one day decides to teach in this field as we need more healthcare professionals with her sense of commitment, ethics and demeanor. MDs are very overworked and under appreciated these days and I think when the true care and dedication to ones patients shows through, it should be acknowledged. Thank you for all you do Dr. Bajowa.

I've known Dr. Bajowa for about 5 years n find her to be very knowledgeable n efficient. . Till she moved to the new clinic- there was no time that I had to wait long...
At this new location one has to wait sometimes, but I spose that's to b expected from a doctor who patiently listens to ur concerns. N doesnt rush u. I recommend her highly...

I’ve been with Dr. Bajowa for over 2 years. She’s a great doctor and takes the time to listen to her patients. Yes, she’s usually running late, but I understand it as some patients can take longer to see than others.

However, I’m not impressed with the new location. When I’ve called to make an appointment, it has taken a while before someone answered. And even when you go to the office, some of the staff in reception are not the most friendly. Yes, it’s a busy environment, yet they are the ones that make the first impression when you walk into the clinic.

I feel comfortable with her competence when actually being seen. She's taken on too many patients - her wait times are ridiculous, waiting room full of people. I was more understanding about waiting when I thought she might be breaking bad news to the patient before me, or trying to fit in urgent cases. Wait times of 20 mins and occasionally 30 mins do occur. After being booked at the 1st or 2nd app't of the day, and she's already 45 min behind - she's over-booking. The whole thing is so unpleasant, I don't even want to come in. I suspect she continues to accept new patients, so I'd recommend to anyone considering this place to try someone else. There's little value in seeking medical help from a doctor who disregards patient experience outside of the exam room.

Terrible with the time. New place staff thinks they are working for federal government. Good doctor. But make sure u take whole day off even if you go see her for fever. At least waiting like hospital if not less.

Dr. Bajowa is an amazing doctor, caring and very helpful especially during serious concerns.
She is very busy and does have long wait times.
Lauren her previous assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. The new Filipino assistant lack confidence, experience, she is rude, does not call back clients and hangs up the phone reflequently after putting you on hold.
In 4 years Dr. Bajowa changed her office/number 3 times. I like Dr Bajowa as a doctor but I hope that her staff and and wait times improve.

She's both nice and professional, and I feel very comfortable with her. I feel like she's much more knowledgeable than my past doctor, and I'm very confident in her abilities.
