Biography
Following a period of extended training, he moved to New Bedford, Massachusetts, in 1979 to establish his private practice. The need for a larger office required a move to the adjacent area of Dartmouth, Massachusetts. In 1990, Dr. Frederic Schwartz purchased and renovated the Annex building, located on the same property as the historic William R. Rodman Mansion. This mansion is considered to be the most elegant and grandest mansion in the entire New Bedford and South Coast area of New England.
