Dr. Yorke is wonderful. Very down-to-earth and very kind. The medical secretaries in her office are also very friendly and helpful. She looked after my elderly father when he had hernia surgery and she was so warm and patient and kind to him that, when I found myself needing surgery as well, I asked my doctor for a referral to her.

Saw Dr, Yorke at Richmond for a scope. She was friendly and told me exactly what was going to help and prepared me for what could happen. She's a warm friendly surgeon.

Did my double hernia via laparoscopy. Both hernias "reoccurred" (one worse than per-surgery) and I have significant pain from one of the entry points. After waiting almost a year for this surgery (Oct 2019) having to wait again for a new surgeon in another health district. I would not recommend Dr Yorke for hernia surgery.

So rude. Mood changes and very abrupt. Accusing me of forgetting her instructions. Sorry I was just operated on. Maybe I missed some details. Her RN Raj is AMAZING though. So helpful and understanding. She could teach the doctor a few things.

I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of bedside manor in addition of accusing me of lieing about what I eat based on my weight gain while consuming minimal calories and was told I was lieing although I had lost over 200 pounds. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I am so lucky to be referred to dr. Yorke. She is incredible. She is very efficient, patient, friendly and knowledge. I recovered so fast from my surgery, I believe part of that is due the amazing work she did.
