Dr Dobson is very good. She has a calming effect on me. I am one of those people who always thinks the worst case scenario about health and somehow I always leave her office reassured. She has good doctor/patient skills.

Fabulous family Dr. Always on time for appointments. Listens and is caring and compassionate. Easy to make an appointment. Has a wonderful medical secretary , who is very professional and great to deal with. I left another family dr in Collingwood who had a horrible daily booking system for appointments and the staff were rude, miserable and difficult to deal with to "attempt " to get an appointment. This medical office is a dream to deal with compared to my previous family Dr.

Dr Dobson is very professional. Takes the time to explain any issues and isn't rushing out the door to the next patient. Never have to wait long to book an appointment. I am confident having her as my family doctor to assist in any issues that I have. I am glad that she is young to follow us through our life and has called Collingwood her home. Highly recommend

Dr. Dobson has been my doctor for a year and a half now. I am a senior and moved to the area a few years back. She is always on time and I can't ever remember waiting in the lobby for my appointment. They have fit me in last minute on many occasions. If there are any issues or questions on her part she will send me to a specialist. Instead of "one" doctor, I now have "many" qualified specialists following up on my issues! I was in the GTA before. My experience with Dr. Dobson far surpasses my previous care. She is always attentive and listens carefully. Always pleasant.

I am thrilled that I have become a patient of Dr. DObson. She takes time to explain things and even called me on her day off just to reassure me with an ongoing issue. I can get an appointment on the same day i call. Extremely impressed with her and her team.

My whole family adores having Dr. Dobson as a doctor. She is kind and caring and thorough. The wait has never been long, and she never makes us feel rushed. It's fairly easy to get through to the office and we have never had to wait to long to get an appointment. So glad we found her!

Dr. Dobson is absolutely wonderful! She was friendly and really took the time to explain my issues with me so I fully understood. I'm so thrilled to have her. She is organized and efficient and there has been no hassles when rescheduling my appointments (due to my own busy life!) I'm so glad she's joined us in Collingwood!

No respect for people's time. Not willing to do anything extra at the walkin clinic, like seeing a child who has just been taken into the care of children's aid. Yet this has always been something that has been able to be completed at the walkin clinic for the past 7 yrs. And took an hour to tell us. Its not like the child hasn't been through enough, but add an hour wait for nothing. Very unprofessional. I guess a new generation of doctor that lacks empathy and is just interested in getting out of the walkin clinic as fast as possible.
