This doctor f*ingsucks. Don’t waste your needed healthcare time on a doctor that doesn’t listen. Please get help elsewhere. Have been with her for over 6 years, every single time she blows me off like I’m not experiencing what I am, gives very little to no help, and furthermore, does NOT listen.

On my recent visit to the office, she asked how long I had been experiencing pain, and I had to tell her 4+ times. Not remind her. She basically told me I was wrong.

Go to an er before this washout.

Love Dr. Dobson! As a new mom, she makes me feel so much better when it comes to all my concerns (and there are many!) It's so nice to have her back from maternity leave and knowing that she's gone through all the usual ups and downs when it comes to having a baby gives me great comfort. I trust her completely.

I'm a person with specialized healthcare needs. Dr. Dobson is great at her role which is monitoring your overall health and interfacing with specialists you may need. She didn't make annoying demands on my time or was intrusive. She gave me good suggestions on how to improve my overall health and made sure my medication levels were in the therapeutic range. She's the sort of person that knows when to help and when to get out of the way for someone in your healthcare team better suited for the issue at hand. She may not be warm and fuzzy (keep in mind I'm not a child) but I found her honest, direct, and no b*llshit approach refreshing.

Very concerned about the quality of care from Dr. Dobson.
I have been a patient of hers for many years here in Collingwood and unfortunately I find myself trying to find solutions or directions as she is always unavailable or on leave.

My wife and I are absolutely pleased to have Jessica as our family doctor. She's warm, very thorough and there's never a problem getting in touch with her via her assistant Rebecca.

I spent months trying to get a hold of someone in the past, but was ignored and even hung up on. Normally I would walk there, but when you are too ill to make it five steps without having to spew from both ends, it can make things extremely difficult. I have walked in on reception caught up in her game of solitaire. The doctor herself is never there when I need her the most, whether it be because she's volunteering, on some kind of vacation, or now with her Mat leave.
The most 'help' I'd get from her is 'spend money on all these meds and see if it works'. I don't have money to be wasting on these 'experiments'.

I understand why they have it, but it's extremely discouraging to see your doctor pull up a search that allows them to narrow down their diagnosis based on symptoms. Handy? Sure. But should your doctor be using it every time, for common conditions and illnesses? No. I can use google at home and do the same thing if I wanted to.

Dr. Dobson is a kind doctor, however, it is her staff, front desk that not only me, but everyone who I have met that goes to this clinic have an issue with. They are rude, they make you feel like you are bugging them when you sign in for your booked appointment, they lose test results, and have zero customers service skills. Ladies, you are front line, the face that represents those doctors...why do you think you can treat people like second class citizens? As a business owner of 21 years, you would never, ever work in my office. Learn manners, and social skills, and perhaps, working with the public is not your thing. By the way, so glad that the gossip you were chatting about for the 8 minutes I stood there being completely ignored while I waited to sign in.

I love Dr. Dobson. She is great with my children and makes them feel comfortable and I know they are in wonderful hands with her experience and knowledge. She explains everything to me and I no longer feel worried. She has made my family feel at ease in stressful times.
