This cardiologist saved my husband's life. He had 95% blocked Artery and he made sure my husband was moved by ambulance from our local hospital to St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto to have a double bypass surgery done. Dr. Derek Yung gave the push for him to be move ASAP and he was on the Operating Room table the next day down there in Toronto. Very sharp. PS I have been a nurse.

I must say that Dr. Derek Yung is best doctor that I've ever had in my 69 years on the planet. He is so knowledgeable, so efficient, so friendly and so kind. Whatever issues I have brought to him, he has responded immediately. He is the best cardiologist that anyone could have. Thank you Dr. Yung.

Recently I had a Procedure for Heart Palpitations (Irregular Heartbeat) at the Centenary Hospital. The hospital staff and the doctors were very kind and did a great job. The procedure was successful and I recovered within a week. A special Thank you for Dr. Derek Yung. I wish I had this procedure 5 years back. All these years I was suffering. Performed a heart ablation at Rouge Valley Centenary Hospital in July 2017. Very professional . Answered all questions in follow up visits to his office at the Ajax Heart Health Institute. Pleasant manner despite an obviously very busy schedule.
