Dr Vandermolen is an amazing doctor. He is so concerned and he truly cares about his patients. I have always felt at ease when I had my appointments. He does book out kind of far but what specialist doesn't? With all that being said, his office staff is by far the rudest I have ever dealt with. A lot of the times my messages are never returned regarding billing or insurance questions. As an infertility patient, it is already a emotional journey. It is very difficult, as many of you may know.. so the last thing a patient needs is rudeness. It is truly a shame that I have to switch doctors because Dr. V truly is great at what he does. If you can get past his office staff's lack of professionalism and promptness, then I highly recommend the clinic.

Dr. Vandermolen removed a pretty large and complicated fibroid from my uterus a couple of weeks ago. It took a couple of months to get in to see him which was a little frustrating but knowing the nature of his work, it is understandable. Also, the wait time at the clinic is pretty long (average 2 hours - bring a good magazine or book) but knowing that he works around women's cycles and handles emergent situations, its understandable - he is aware of how long you wait, and is genuinely apologetic and explains his schedule - this eased my frustration greatly.
Dr. Vandermolen is incredibly kind and compassionate. I felt like I was talking to my dad - he really put my mind at ease about the surgical procedure and carefully explained his technique. My procedure went well with no complications. He was very thorough with my care during my 4 day hospital stay. I am 2 weeks post- surgery and I feel great.
I would highly recommend Dr. Vandermolen. He is great - I am glad to be a patient of his.

Creepy clinic. They make you wait for hours and they are so unprofessional! I felt uncomfortable the entire time and I never got a follow up.

An excellent IVF doctor in Arkansas Louisiana Texas areas: Dr. Vandermolen was listening to my needs and with extensive knowledge and experiences in this field of practice, he was the most devoted physician I have ever met.

Im new to the Shreveport area and needed to find a fertility clinic with respected and knowledgeable physicians. Im happy to say that Dr. Vandermolen, from the three visits Ive had so far, is one of those doctors that just knows his stuff. Because I found him to be so kind and straight to the point, I wanted to write this review to emphasize my gratitude. Its unfortunate not enough people take a minute to point out when they've had an exceptional experience with a business. Usually its only for the negatives. But Id like to reassure whoever is reading this review, Dr Vandermolen has experience under his belt. Share your concerns, and he'll give you all the statistical data to support his stance; while listening to you. I have high hopes continuing my treatment with him.

My girl is now 1 year old, without a help and cares from Dr Vandermolen we would not be here today. He always cared and conveyed interest in me and my health. He would tell me both good and bad options as alternative and complementary choices, not just good one where he was doing so I trusted him. The staffs were very nice and worked with my doctor as a good team. You need to have good faith and think positively, your baby will be on her way.

Dr. Vandermolen is very rude, uncaring, & unprofessional. I would not recommend going there especially if you have to get stuck seeing him. He is definitely one of the worst doctors I have ever met in my entire life. He does not listen to you at all. He only wants to do things his way or not at all. He will not admit when he has done something wrong. When you try to correct him & tell him what you wanted to do he gets mad & tells you not to come back. He is a very bad doctor who is just looking to take your money without any guarantee. He can not promise an positive results in treatment. I have wasted so much time by going there with no results.
