Dr Kreuzer is a pleasant, kind, considerate, supportive, and knowledgeable young physician. He is patient and thorough. Explains everything in easily understandable terms.
I am grateful to have him as my GP.

Dr Kreuzer has literally changed my life. After feeling like an alien from another planet for my entire life, he helped me make sense of...me. Thirty-five years before figuring out I'm autistic. I could not be happier about it. I finally make sense and I feel more comfortable in my skin than I ever have.

I was seen by Dr. Kreuzer in after hours clinic. I was not his patient, but he was the first doctor to take me seriously and actually provide immediate help for the symptoms I was experiencing. He also made sure to take the time to talk through my worries and understand what interventions were going to be useful, and what would be a pointless waste of money. I was close to losing my mind and was in tears when I went into the walk-in clinic. I left feeling heard with a plan of care. I am very grateful for this.

Dr. Kreuzer always displays care and compassion. He is willing to listen to my own opinions and work with me to find a solution- even going so far as to call a specialist's office and advocate for me when they tried to reject my referral. If he doesn't know the answer at first, he'll make sure he finds it. Having a Dr available for both telephone and in-person appointments, or even just a quick message through the portal, is something I've really appreciated and benefitted from.
