The staff was always very nice and friendly. The issue that I had with Dr. Roche is that I felt I was not given quality care. I had a neuroma in my foot and he gave me a cortisone shot. I felt no relief from this. I was told that there would be additional support put in my orthotics to cushion the neuroma and limit the pain. When I got the new orthotics, they looked exactly the same as the old ones. I questioned if these had additional support for the neuromas and he said yes. I wanted to know what I could do to relieve the pain, he said my options were to get more cortisone shots or just "live with it". I asked if i may need surgery; he said "it hardly ever comes to that" and brushed off my concerns. Since I felt like my concerns were not properly addressed, I got a second opinion and switched doctors. I'm glad I did because I got orthotics that ACTUALLY had cushions in them for the neuromas, had an MRI on my foot and found the neuromas were much worse than initially thought. I ultimately DID need surgery. When I got my medical records from the office, his notes were a joke. "Discussed options with patient" and other similar notes were in my file when they never actually occurred.

Dr Roche is absolutely the BEST! Can not say enough about him and his staff. If you want quality care, and someone who will spend the time explaining your foot problem, and what needs to be done, Dr Roche is the one to get you back on your feet. Very experienced and great knowledge, and is always ready to answer all questions you have at any time.

Wonderful doctor. Makes you feel very comfortable. Took time and explained the surgical procedure I needed and answered every concern I had. Went over all testing results in detail explaining why I would need procedure done. Very confident, knowledgeable and friendly. The office staff is very friendly and helpful,and made me feel welcome. One of the best!

Staff and Doctor are great. Made me feel very comfortable even though I was very nervous . Dr. Roche has a nice bedside manner . He cured my heel pain in just a few visits. I would highly recommend this practice.

I would like to say that I almost did not choose Dr. Roche because 2 people did not give him a great rating. My experience is my own but he was personable, gentle and made me feel like I had been a long time patient. He removed an ingrown toenail which I thought was going to kill with pain but I didn't even feel the needles. I would highly recommend Dr. Roche as his bedside manner is to be commended, his vast experience will only give you the best outcome. I will definitely be going back to him as well as recommending him to family, friends and strangers. I am so glad I choose Dr. Roche to tend to my poor feet.
