Looking at the previous reviews one might conclude Dr Bradley Ng cares only for those who are paying him. If you are paying him, you might be lucky. If the insurance company is paying him you won't be so lucky. After over two hours trawling through my trauma this person ended the call by saying, "Thats it, we are out of time". I had to call lifeline crisis counselling to help me get through the hours following our session.

My husband is a person who has dedicated his entire working life to providing healthier outcomes for patients. GIO had recommended that he attend an appointment with Richard NG. I drove my husband to this appointment and was informed by Ruth at GIO that I could attend the assessment with my husband. Richard NG immediately refused this and stopped me from entering the room. During the evaluation, Richard NG did not listen and was quick to form his own opinion. Richard NG is not a Dr of Psychiatry. He is a sell-out for the eas money from Insurers. Insurance companies love this guy and will always insist that you get a "Cut and Paste" report from this chap. Sadly, my husband after seeing Richard NG attempted suicide on two occasions. In my mind, I was hoping he would find an end to his pain and then I could take action against Richard NG for Corporate Manslaughter.

This doctor (if you would even call him a doctor) is deplorable. He has NO understanding of psychiatry and how a person is or can be affected from trauma (physical or emotional). He needs to be stripped of his medico-legal opinions (as he is not an expert!). He significantly causes further emotional injury to patients and should be brought before the Medical Board of Australia and also be removed from all insurance panels for medico-legal reporting.

As a patient being accessed by him for an insurance company I felt like I was being interrogated, he asked the same question over and over. I had to see my psychologist the next day to cope it still took a week to get my feeling of worthlessness under control. Having read other reviews I guess he must he professional with his regular patients as they are all positive. He needs to remember 'I shall not harm ' when having an insurance or workcover assessment because in my case hee harmed.

Absolutely terrible never listened and only had his interests in eye. It was like I talked to a brick wall and he didn't actually talk about the problem but everything else. He doesn't care about you the patient only the people that $$$ him

Dr Bradley Ng is so understanding and he listens to what you have to say. He is very patient and he gives very good feedback. I definetely recommend this doctor. I can see below are comments about work cover from patients, but I definetely see why he hasn’t wasted his time on them, I personally wouldn’t either.

I have been a patient for sometime
I AM STILL HERE thanks to Bradley’s ear, wisdom, patience, direction, empathy, confidant, understanding and endearing nature.
Right now I’m in a time of need and my only criticism is that he’s not 24/7
I’m genuinely truly sorry for those who think otherwise and wish you well in your endeavours in finding assistance in getting through troubling times as I understand how difficult it is to find someone suitable to your situation

Felt like I was talking to a brick wall. I did not feel listened too and felt his questioning was very accusatory. Just felt like he didn't want to be there. Would not recommend to anyone.

Has looked after me for years with my bipolar, thick and thin. Have done very well recently and managed to reach a degree of stableness. Tried a variety of meds over the years but has always been prepared to listen .

He was very judgmental. There was NO empathy from him. He asked irrelevant questions. I left in tears at the way I was treated by this so called professional. Horrible degrading experience
